Evergreen

New favorite picture!! I hate and love this picture-- love because I'm impressed with myself, hate because I probably won't be able to draw much of anything for a while.

Evergreen is a forest spirit who will one day find he has to protect the whole forest from a horrific creature, though he never imagined that the safety he knew for decades would come to an end.

He is generally very calm, with a very small temper though occasionally he'll "lose it" and start screaming towards the canopy, but that won't ever last for very long. He moves with the greenery (just in case anyone thought he was rooted to one spot, that isn't the case at all) by merging with different things, usually large trees so he can see from a higher perspective. Sometimes Evergreen will pop out of his merged state, creating his own plant entity (as shown here).
